Image processing in ERMapper needs a preparation on Raster Dataset in which consists of several bands needed for analysis. This tutorial gives an example how to create a raster dataset in ERMapper using Landsat images band 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7. You can download Landsat images from EarthExplorer.
1. Run the ER Mapper 2011
Until we get the following ER Mapper menu/toolbar
2. Prepare the data.
The following example shows Landsat images Band1 – Band8. However, now we are going to make a dataset for multispectral bands only (exclude Band 61, 62. and 8 )
